Temporary Child Care Coordinator Needed
Our current Child Care Coordinator, Aidan Schmidt, will be going on maternity leave this spring and summer. We are looking to hire someone to fill in in her absence. The Child Care Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and supervising our teen providers, as well as modeling appropriate caretaking of infants and toddlers. She/he will also assure that our child care space remains a safe and enriching environment. The position will go from mid-April through July, will be about 5 hours per week (except the week of May 3), and will pay $10 per hour. Candidates must :
- have experiences with infants and toddlers,
- be available Sunday mornings, 8:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.,
- be able to communicate regularly via e-mail,
- be available to lead coordination of children’s activities for our annual RE Appreciation Dinner on Friday, May 7, 4:30 – 8:30.
